I believe therapy is a collaborative process in which we work together to address the challenges and changes you may be facing. We can work toward developing the skills needed to cope more effectively, as well as make positive changes to improve your quality of life.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years in the mental health profession and over seventeen of those years as a psychotherapist addressing a wide range of issues. I have experience working with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship problems and grief/loss. I also have a particular interest in supporting women coping with the challenges of postpartum adjustment.
Whether you are wanting to focus on a particular issue or are seeking increased insight and self-awareness, the foundation is a strong therapeutic relationship. My style is warm and non judgmental; using techniques taken from Cognitive-Behavioral and Person-centered therapeutic orientations. I am committed to helping you find personal growth and healing.
*At this time I am providing Telehealth sessions.*
