Welcome

*During the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are offering Telehealth services via interactive video.*

While there are some exceptions, clients must be physically located in the state of Pennsylvania during his or her Telehealth video session.

Perhaps you found our site because you are struggling to come to terms with a major change in your life, or you have recently experienced a traumatic event, such as the ending of a relationship or loss of a loved one.  You may be dealing with conflict in your marriage, depression after the birth of a baby, financial stress or even just difficulty coping with life in general.  There are so many reasons that you may be searching for help.  The bottom line is that you want to feel better than you do at this moment. We are here to help.

After many years of working as psychotherapists in various settings, Kathleen M. Young, LPC and Erin Jameson Saltzburg, LCSWdecided to partner to create a new practice. In 2013, we opened Turning Point Psychotherapy Associates, in Exton, Pennsylvania.  Shortly after, we welcomed another psychotherapist to our team, Renae M. Utz, LCSW

At Turning Point, we have created a warm and comfortable space designed to support you in your healing and growth.  Our mission is to understand your unique challenges and help you gain the insight and tools necessary for positive change, allowing you to move forward in life with empowerment and hope.

Our psychotherapists work with adults, aged 21 and older.  We provide one-on-one therapy sessions for women and men dealing with issues such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, infertility, life transitions, pregnancy loss, narcissistic partners and abuse, relationship conflicts and more.  In addition, Kathleen M. Young, LPC is specially trained in trauma-informed psychotherapy and certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).  Erin Jameson Saltzburg, LCSW and Renae M. Utz, LCSW are both specially trained in treating postpartum mood and anxiety disorders as well as grief/loss.

Whether you are in need of extra support and guidance through a challenging situation, or just ready to move in a new direction in life, we are here to help.  We can be reached at 484-879-4292.
