We are here to help.

After many years of working as psychotherapists in various settings, Kathleen M. Young, LPC and Erin Jameson Saltzburg, LCSWdecided to partner to create a new practice. In 2013, we opened Turning Point Psychotherapy Associates, in Exton, Pennsylvania.  Shortly after, we welcomed another psychotherapist to our team, Renae M. Utz, LCSW

At Turning Point, we have created a warm and comfortable space designed to support you in your healing and growth.  Our mission is to understand your unique challenges and help you gain the insight and tools necessary for positive change, allowing you to move forward in life with empowerment and hope.

Our psychotherapists work with adults, aged 21 and older.  We provide one-on-one therapy sessions for women and men dealing with issues such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, infertility, life transitions, pregnancy loss, narcissistic partners and abuse, relationship conflicts and more.  In addition, Kathleen M. Young, LPC is specially trained in trauma-informed psychotherapy and certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).  Erin Jameson Saltzburg, LCSW and Renae M.
